Emailing newsletter to subscribers

The Newsletters section in the PublishGo CMS allows to keep your subscribers updated by sending newsletters with latest article links to their inbox. To send newsletters, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Administrator panel.
  2. From the main menu, choose Community. Then choose Newsletters.
  3. Click on the Compose button.
  4. Specify the required fields.
  5. Click on the Preview button to review the newsletter content.
  6. Click on the Send button to forward the newsletter to your subscribers or click on the Save button to save it as a draft.


Below are the different fields used while creating a newsletter:

Field Description
Subject Enter subject of the newsletter.
Content System will automatically generate newsletter content with the latest article links.
Sender Name Input the name of your publication.
Sender Email Input email address of the sender.
