Managing comments of an article

The Comments section in the PublishGo CMS allows site visitors to comment on the articles, you have the option to first review and approve for publication. Third party tools like DISQUS can also be integrated for this service. To view a comment, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Administrator panel.
  2. From the main menu, choose Community. Then choose Comments.
  3. Click on the Edit button to view and make the respective comment public.
  4. To publish the comment, select Active check box and click on the Save button.


Below are the fields involved for managing the visitor comments:

Field Description
Name Displays name of visitor who made the comment.
Email Displays email of visitor who made the comment.
Submitted On Displays date and time when the comment was made.
Post Displays article link for which comment was made.
Comment Displays comment made by the visitor.
Active To publish this comment, select this check box.
